Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning are making history on Internet Of Things (IOT). Now These AI and machine learning are implemented in robots for the improved productivity and used to tackle complex problem with minimum time. Companies like JLT, Amber and Jinie are using robots to help with tasks like scheduling dates, setting reminders and managing time off, pays cuts, etc., but bots like Engazifiy and Dino also track employee conversations to strengthen team work and increase workplace satisfaction.(Source: Gadgetnow)
In present scenario the computers are short listing your resumes. So make a note in your mind before typing a resume. The bots may be the future of HR functionalities. The HR industry in itself doesn't seem to be at too much risk of Artificial Intelligence taking over, like other industries, because it is based on human interaction and analysis.
HR solutions companies like CIEL have started to use robots in HR divisions to conduct preliminary assessments. In Future many IT giants will be using bots to reduce the Human resource.
